Q. Problem with the pins or spokes reported by some users. "After using the Pair-Its, the spokes in the middle kept bending. I think if there was a way to make th small spokes that go through the sock super strong then it would be great. I tried it with skinny dress socks which that worked. Then I tried it with a pair of Mikey's socks and our socks didn't hold. The smaller ones didn't hold at all, the spokes, like I said kept bending or opening".

A. According to our website instructions, Step #4, to successfully install Pair-Its® it is essential that you push the sock fabric completely through the pin heads until they are visible above the fabric before locking the discs.

Q. Will Pair-Its really save me time?
A. Yes!  Using Pair-Its will definitely save you time.  Always remember to attach your socks with Pair-Its before putting them in your clothes hamper.  Then they will go through the washer and dryer, and into the drawer as a pair.  No more sorting, no more matching, no more folding, no more lost socks!

Q. Are Pair-Its uncomfortable?
A. Pair-Its® are smooth and made from high quality hypoallergenic materials.  Users should not feel they are wearing anything and they should not cause any discomfort to the wearer. 

Q. Will Pair-Its be visible once they're attached on my socks?
A.  If you want your Pair-Its to be less noticeable, we suggest you pick a color that closely matches the sock color. 

Q.  Do Pair-Its come in different colors?
A.  Yes.  Pair-Its® are currently available in white and black.  Other colors will be available later.  E-mail us with your color suggestions!

Q.  Can I use Pair-Its on my children's garments?
A.  Yes. However, we don't recommend using Pair-Its® on garments for children under the age of 4 for safety reasons. 

Q.  What can I use Pair-Its on?
A.  Pair-Its® can be used on any cloth items you want together.  Some examples are socks, gloves, clothing sets.

Q.  What if I want to remove Pair-Its from a garment?
A.  Pair-Its® are meant to be permanent.  They can be removed, but they are not reusable.

Q.  How long do Pair-Its last?
A.  Pair-Its® are designed to last for the life of the garment, 100 wash/dry cycles.

Q. Are Pair-Its washer and dryer safe?
A.  Yes.  Pair-Its® are made to withstand normal washing and drying cycles using standard laundry products. 

Q.  How long does it take to put Pair-Its on a pair of socks?
A.  After doing it the first time, it takes about a minute per pair.
